Protect 3-Phase and single phase motors from Overload, Underload Jams Undervoltage Overvoltage Single phasing Unbalance (voltage & current) Ground fault (Class II) Rapid cycling Phase reversal.
The Model 777 is a fully-programmable electronic overload relay with a LED display Sixteen programmable parameters for extremely flexible use.
Approvals: UL, cUL, CE, CSA
Network interface options available.
777 Series Options - Part-Number Suffix.
-P "Plus" - includes a network programmable HP (high power) setpoint; the TC (trip class) can be set from 2-30 Network requires com module
-P1 Network alarms - same as -P but includes high and low power alarms that are programmable via the network
-HVR "High Voltage Relay" Used to eliminate the need of a CPT(Control Power Transformer) on 480V systems. Used in the 380-480V range. Relay rated 480VA @600Vac. Commonly used in pumping applications to save the cost and extra wiring associated with a CPT.
-MV "Medium Voltage" for use with PT (Potential Transformers) and CT(Current Transformers) 115-240Vac with built in multipliers for CT of 25:5, 50:5, 100:5. Voltage unbalance, single and reverse phase protection can be disabled for use with a single PT.
-575 480-600Vac range and 240Vac relay. Often used in Canada and NE USA where 575 power is sometimes used.
-690 600-690Vac range and 240Vac relay. CE listed - but not UL targeted fro central and south America.
-KW/HP Under load trip based on power. Often used with centrifugal pumps.
-FT - "Fast Trip" as 500ms - 70s. Often used to prevent damage in overload or jam situations. Sometimes called 'shock relays'.
-LR - for "Low Range" 1-9A full load motors
-TS - for Temp Sensor Franklin submersible motors with subtrol.
-NP "No Parity" on modbus networking
-SP Sinle Phase 480Vac applications
-AccuPower for 3-phase pumping applications when the user wants to input the motor’s efficiency and is desired over the utility power. Provides a 4-20mA analog signal proportional to the output power when using a 4-20mA communications module.
* FLA = Full Load Amps
